I,MARSHALL B.CRAIGHEAD,widower,residing in the Borough of Can-
onsburg,Washington county,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing
mind,memory and understanding,do make,publish and declare this to be
my last will and testament,hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
1.I direct that all my just debts,funeral expenses and the ex-
pense of settling my estate be paid out of my estate by~y Executor here-
inafter named as soon after my decease as may be practicable.
2.In case Miss Louise Dunn should be in my employ at the time
of my death~I give,devise and bequeath unto her all the rest,residue
and remainder of my estate,of whatsoever kind or nature,and whereso-
ever situate,real,personal or mixed.This gift to her of my estate
is in recompense for her long and fai~hful services as my housekeeper,
she having been in my employ aR such for many,many years.
3.In case the said Louise Dunn should discontinue her services
as my housekeeper and leave my emploY during my lifetime,.either at my
request,or her own voluntary act,or by her death before my death oc-
curs,then,and in that event only,I give and bequeath the residue of
my estate,after payment of debts,funeral and administration expenses,
unto my niece Mrs.Josephine Kerr,if living,or if she be then dead,
~nto her daughters Mrs.Laura Wood and Miss Mary Kerr,share and share
alike.
~.Lastly,I nominate,constiture and appoint the Oitizens Trust
Company of Oano~sburg Executor of this my will.
