I,JAMES R.GHRIST,of Carroll Township,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,do make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament,hereby revoking all Wills and Codicils at any time heretofore
made by me.
FIRST:I give,devise and bequeath all of my estate,whether real,
personal or mixed and wheresoever the same may be situate,unto my
wife,Bessie Z.Ghrist,provided she survives me and survives a period
of six months following my death.
SECOND:In the event my wife,Bessie Z.Ghrist,does not survive me and
does not survive me for a period of six months,then I give,devise and
bequeath all of my estate,whether real,personal or mixed and wheresoever
the same may be situate,as follows:
(a)I give and bequeath all of my household furniture
to Vivian Ghrist.
(b)All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
I give,devise and bequeath to George W.Horn,Leonard Horn,
Lois Ries,Doris Piper,Vivian Ghrist,Betty Mae Carson and
James H.Ghrist,share and share alike.
THIRD:I nominate and appoint as Executrix of this my Last Will and
Testament my wife,Bessie Z.Ghrist,but in the event she does not survive
me,then I nominate and appoint Lois Ries as Executrix of this my Last Will
and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal this
day of July,1958.-----

Testator as and for his Last Will and Testament,in the presence of us,
who,in his presence,at his request,and in the presence of each other,
have hereunto subscribed our names as attesting witnesses.
