I,Albert H.Huthes,being of sound and disposing mind and
memory dO make this my last will and testament hereby revoking
all former wills at any time hereto-fore made.

FIRST I direct ~ll my just debts and funeral expenses and
the expenses of settling my estate to be paid by my Executrix
hereinafter named as soon as cbnveniently may be after my decease.
SECOND I give devible and bequeath all my property real
personal and mixed to my wife,Elcie Mable Hughes absolutely in
fee simple.
LASTLY I nominate,constitute and appoint my said wife,
Elcie Mable Hughes,sole Executrix of this my last will and
tes tam en t.
In witness whereof I have hereto set my hand and seal,
this 27th day of Jan~ary 1930.
