LAST WILL AND TEsrAMENT
I,LORENZO COLOMBINI,of the Borough of Charleroi,Wash-
ington County,Pennsylvania,do make,publish and declare this to
be my Last Will and 'festament,hereby revoking any and all vlills
by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct my executor hereinafter named to pay all
my debts and the expenses incident to the administration of my
estate,as soon as this may conveniently be done after my decease,
out of the first moneys available forthat purpose.
SECOND:I give and bequeath,unconditionally,to my grand-
Child,Mary Vez~ette,the sum of ~ne Hundred ($100.00)and No/IOO
doll~s.
THIRD:I give and bequeath,unconditional~y,to my grand-
child,Lawrence Vez~ette,the sum of One Hundred ($100.00)and
No/IOO do liars.

,FOURTH:',r.give,deviee and bequeath all-the rest and resid e
"of my estate,real,personal and mixed,wherever situate,to my
beloved wif~,Teresa Colombinifor her lifetime.She shall use
the income of my estate for her own use but she shall have no
power to sell any or part of my estate.Upon the death of my
wife the residue of my estate shall be divided among my children
in the following manner.Forty (40)per cent of the remain~ng of
my estat e after the (i}eath of my wife,Teresa,shall be given t.o
my son Charles Colombini,his heirs,and assigns.Forty (40)per
cent shall be given to my son George Colombini,his heirs and
assigns.The remaining T'wenty (20)per cent shall be given to
•my daughter Anna Colomb ini Bayens,her heirs and assigns.
FIFT"H:I hereby give and confer upon my executoreherei r
named power to sell and convey in fee simple,or for alesser estat
any part or all of my real estate,and in order to enable him to
consumnate any sales,he is hereby amthorized to execute,acknow-
ledge and delivercdeeds of conveyance in such form as ,shall be
