ounty,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,
do make,pUblish and declare this as and f or my Last'ill and Testa-
ment,hereby revoking and making null and void any and all ills
and Testaments or '/ritings in the nature thereof by me at any time
heretofore made.
~I give and bequeath unto my brother,Joseph'Hopkins,
the sum of ne Hundred (100.00)Dollars.
~I give and bequeath unto my nephew,Gaylord Hopkins,
the sum of One Hundred (100.00)ollars.
3.I give and bequeath unto my niece,Zelda Hopkins
McClatchey,the sum ot One Hundred ($100.00)ollars.
~All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,of
whatsoever kind and nature,and wheresoever situate,I give,devise
and bequeath unto my sister,Allie Yarnall,and my niece,Irene Allman
Carson,in the following proportions:Five/twenty-sevenths (5/27)
to my said sister and Twenty-two/twenty-sevenths (22/27)to my sa d
niece.
