I,J.H.HIXON OF NORTH STRABA1~TOWNSHIP,R.D.#2,IN THE
COUNTY OF SHING'ION,ND ST TE OF PENNSYLV NIA,being of sound

mind,memory and '~derstanding,do make and publish this my last
will and te stament,herby revoking and making void all for"1er
wills bW me at any time heretofore made.
ND FIRST,I direct that my funeral be conducted in manner
corresponding with my estate and situation in life and that all
my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied as
soon as convenienJly may be after my decease.
s to such as it hath pleaaed God to intrust me With,I,

I,leave everything to my ~ife Jennie E.Hixon,personal and
Real-Estate as lon3 as she lives,and after her death,and after
e.all expenses and debts and monument e~cted are paid,and after
her death when the farm is sold,I leave to my daughterinlaw,
Ellen Patch Hixon,Five Hundred (~~500.00)dollars;to my grand-
son Charles Kenneth Hixon,One Th?usand (~lOOO.OO)dollars,add
the balance to my ~on an~only child Harry B.Hixon:and he the
said Harry B.Hixon to take care of all business and business
affairs.of his mother Jennie E.Hixon,.during her life.
And I hereby nominate I constitute and appoint
Harry B.HixOll,19 McNary'Street.Houston I Pennsylvania.
