Sworn and Subscribed Before Me /? :.~~y LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT I,HELEN GRZEBIENIOWSKI,widow,of Scott Township, Allegheny County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding,do hereby make,publish and declare thi my Last Will and Testament,and do hereby revoke all other Wills and Codicils by me heretofore made. FIRST:I direct that all my just debts,funeral expenses and the expense of administering my estate to be paid by my Executrix hereinafter named as soon after my decease as may be practicable.I further direct my Executrix to have me buried at Queen of Heaven Cemetery in Peters Township,Washington County, Pennsylvania,or Resurrection Cemetery,Moon Township,Allegheny County,Pennsylvania. SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath the sum of $1,000.00 to Jeralyn Grzebieniowski,now a minor.Should she still be a minor at the time of my death,I appoint Mary Kutch as Trustee to handle these funds until Jeralyn is Twenty-one (21) years of age. THIRD:I give,devise and bequeath to my friend, EMILY DEVENNEY the sum of $1,000.00,if she survives me. FOURTH:It is my desire that my estate pay all the inheritance tax due on any legacies and bequests herein,so that the amounts shown herein are to be net amounts. FIFTH:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate,I give,devise and bequeath unto my beloved brothers and sisters,LOUIS KUBACKI, SYLVESTER KUBACKI,MARY KUTCH and EMILY SUSTRICH,in equal shares.
