LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

I,JESSIE GILL,of Lawrence,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,
do hereby make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will
and Testament,in manner and form following,hereby revoking
and making void any and all Wills by me at any time heretofore
made.
FIRST:I direct that all of my just debts and
funeral expenses be paid as soon as convenient after my decease.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath all my estate,
real,personal and mixed,of whatsoever kind and nature,and
wheresoever situate to my children,WILLIE LEE GILL,JR.and
ERNEST GILL,share and share alike.
THIRD:I do hereby nominate and appoint my son,
WILLIE LEE GILL,JR.,as Executor,of this my Last Will and
Testament,and to serve without bond.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,JESSIE GILL,the Testatrix,
have to this,my Will,written on one sheet of paper,set my
hand and seal this ~~day of March,1974.
