LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,MARY GUGAN,of Washington,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do
hereby make,pUblish and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament,in manner and form following,hereby revoking and making
void any and all wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all of my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid as soon as convenient after my decease.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath all of my estate,
real,personal and mixed,of whatsoever kind and nature,and
wheresoever situate to the following named:My daughter,MARY
FRANCES CECIL,my daughter,MILDRED REBEL,and my granddaughter,
TONI KESTNER,who is the daughter of my daughter,MARY FRANCES
CECIL,share and share alike.
In the event that my daughter,MARY FRANCES
CECIL,or my daughter,MILDRED REBEL,or my granddaughter,TONI
KESTNER,predecease me,I give,devise and bequeath their share of
my estate,real,personal and mixed,to their child or children
living at the time of my death.
THIRD:I do hereby nominate and appoint my granddaughter,
TONI KESTNER,as Executrix of this,my Last Will and Testament,
and to serve without bond.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,MARY GUGAN,the Testatrix,have
to this,my Will,written on one sheet of paper,set my hand and
seal this .~~ay of October,1976.
