I,VIOLA VIRGINIA HANEY,of Canten TOwnSlip,Washington County,Pennsyl-
vania,do make and publish this ~y last Will and Testament hereby revoking
and annulling any and all ~ills by me at any time heretofore made.
1.I direct my Executors herein~fter named to pay all my just debts
and funeral expenses as soon after my death as convenient.
2.I hereby authorize and empower my Executors hereinafter namec to
sell all my real estate wherever situated,except my house and two lots on
Main Street,Wolfdale,Canton Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,~t
either public or private sale at such price or prices as to them may seem
proper and to execute and deliver a deed or deeds for the same 'ith tne same
force and effect as though I personal~y had executed and delivered sa~d deed •
The purchase money from the sale of this real estate I direct that it shall
become a part of my resid~&ry estate.
3.I hereby direct that ~'sist~r,Ennis Kite,shall be permitted to
live in the ruom she has been occuF~iJg in my home so long as she may live.
4.I give,devise and bequeath to my soh,Robert Alexander HanEy,my
house and lots on ain Street,Wolfdale,Canton To~ship,Washington ~ounty,
Penna.,to be his absolutely subject however,to the ,rovision herein~fter
mentioned.
5.All the rest,residue and renainder of my estate,real,personal
and mixed I give,devise aJd bequeath as follows:-To my son,James T.Hane ,
Three Hundred ($300.00)Dollars;to ~y daughters,Etta Clayton,~ora Coles
and Emma Haney,Three Hundred ($500.00)Dollars each;to my daughter,Mary
Carle,Fifty ($50.00)Dollars;to my Grandson,William Haney,Fifty ~$50.00:'
Dollars;to my daughter,Lottie JordEn,Twenty-five (~5.00)Doll~rs,and
the balance,if any,to my son,Robert Alexander Haney.Should ther~not
be enough money in the residue of my estate to pay the above legacies in
full I direct that Robert Alexa~der Haney shall payout of tne real estate
above devised to him whatever waount is required to make up to tne Legatees
the deficit,and said deficit is hereby made a charge on the said real estat •
6.I hereby nominate,constitu~e and appoint my sons,Robert A~exander
