LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
STEVE GAJARSKY,JR.
I,STEVE GAJARSKY,JR.,a resident of Canton Township,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,
hereby revoke all wills and codicils,as well as all instruments f
a testamentary nature heretofore made by me,and do hereby make,
publish and declare this to be my Last will and Testament in
manner and form following:
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts,funeral and
testamentary expenses shall be paid as soon as conveniently
may be after my death.
SECOND:I hereby give,devise and bequeath all of my
property,real,personal and mixed,of whatever nature and
wheresoever situate,which I may own or have the right to dispose
of at the time of my death,unto my wife MARY B.GAJARSKY.If
she should predecease me or should die at the sarne time that I
should die,then and in that event,I give,devise and bequeath
the said property unto the following:namely,JOANNE BUTTERFIELD,
STEPHANI E MOUNTS,JACK MOUNTS,JR.,and DARRIN MOUNTS in equal
proportions share and share alike.
THIRD:I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my wife
MARY B.GAJARSKY,Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.
However,in the event that she is unable to serve as Executrix,
then and in that event only,I hereby nominate,constitute and
appoint JOANNE BUTTERFIELD Executrix of this my Last Will and
Testament.
