LAST WILL AND TESTM~NT

ISAAC P.CARLISLE.
I,Isaac P.Carlisle,Washington,Pa.,R.D.2,being of
sound and disposing mind and memory,do make,publish and declare
the following to be my last will and testament:
First:I give and bequeath the sum of $5.00 to each of
my following brothers and sisters:J.A.Carlisle,Charles Carlisle,
Mrs.Anna McConnell,Mrs..'Clara Carlisle McAlhainey,David Carlisle,
Harry Carlisle,Bert Carlisle and Elva Carlisle.
Second:I give and bequeath to my brother,W.G.Carlisle,
McDonald,Pa.R.D.3,my larger living room suite and everything
which is in the back room downstairs,all kitchen furniture,range
and everything which is in the kitchen.
Third:I give and bequeath to Mrs.Emma Martha Cummins,
313 Meredith Street,Carrick,Pa.,all other household goods,money
in bank,notes I hold against my brother,John A.Carlisle,and
personal property of any nature (after payment of the $40.00 provided
for in the first item of this Will),provided,however,that the
said Mrs.Emma Martha Cummins pay my funeral expenses,costs of
administration in my estate and any other just debts.
Fourth:The day of my death my body is to be turned over
to Mrs.Emma Martha Cummins,who shall have full charge of my funeral,
which I request to be private,and my body to be buried beside my
father and mother in the Oak Spring Cemetery,Canonsburg,Pa.
Fifth:I hereby nominate and appoint my said brother,
w.G.Carlisle,as the Executor of this,my last will and testament.
WITNESS my hand and seal this 21st day of December,1937.
