Orphans'Gourt and upon due consideration thereof,it appearing to
the Court that a certain writing purporting to be the last {ill and
Testament of Carrie !:ionham,late of orth Franklin ~ownship,'·ashington
ounty,Pennsylvania,deceased,was probated and admitted to record
in the Office of the egister of ..ills of {ashington County,Pennsyl-
vania,on February 1,1934,IT IS HE EBY 0 D'RED 1 Dr BCTED,that
.J.Coulson,le ister of I ills in and for said CountY,certify the en-
tire proceeding and record pertaining to the said last lill and Testa-
mentary paper probated as aforesaid to this Court1 which shall then
determine whether an issue devisavit vel non be directed to the Court
of ammon Pleas of said CountY,in like manner as if said will or
testamentary paper had been admitted to probate after a hearing by
said Register of ,ills and an appeal taken to this Court from his
decree;and the Clerk of this Court is directed to forthwith deliver
to the said egister a certified copy of this rder,the Court sets
the 11"day of July,1934,at 10:00 o'clock ...as the d y and hour -
when the matter will be heard in said Court;bond to be filed and
pproved in the sum of ~500.00.
