I,Frances Howell of the Borough of Uniontown,Fayette
County,Pennsylvania do ~ake and publish,this my last will &
testament.
I.To the Corforation of St.Peter's Frotestant Episco-
pal Church of Uniontown,Pennsylvania,I give and bequeath the sum
of three thousand dollars;the same to be carefully invested by the
said Corporation.Two-thirds of the annual inco~e arising from
said fund shall be applied to the payment of the salary of the
rector of said Church &the remaining one-third of said income shall
be applied to the support of the music.
II.To the oard of Missions of the Protestant Episcopal
Church in the Diocese of Pittsburgh,I give and tequeath the sum
of one thousand dollars,the annual income thereof to be applied to
the support of the missionary work of the Diocese.
III.To the Domestic &Foreign Missionary Society of the
Protestant Episcopal Church in the United States of America,I give
and bequeath the sum of one thousand dollars.
IV.I give and devise to my sister Ellen Howell Reppert
her heirs &assigns the tract of coa situate in Dunkard Township,
Greene County,Penna.purchased by me of Morton Van Voorhis.I also
give and bequeath to my said sister Ellen Howell Reppert the sum
of Three thousand dollars.
V.I direct my executors hereinafter named to apply the
sum of Three hundred dollars in such way as to them may seem most
expedient,to the endowment of the family lot in Union Cemetery.
VI.Subject to the payment of my just debts &funeral
expenses and the cost of erecting a suitable head stone,all the
rest,residue &remainder of my estate,real,personal or mixed
&wheresoever situate,I give,devise &bequeath to my sister
Kathe~ine Willson Howell -to her,her heirs &assigns forever.
I appoint my sisters Ellen Howell Reppert &Katherine illson
Howell to be the executo~s of this ny will,of w~om no bond shall
be required.itness my hand &seal this 2nd day of November,
1914.
