the City of Columbus and State of Ohio,legatee and co-executrix
under the terms of the Will of Anna M.Cockins,late of the
Bor ough 0 f Ca nonsburg,'Wa shington County,Penns ylvania,deceased,
dated January 4,1923,do hereby renounce and relinquish my right
to administer in her estate and respectfully request that Letters
Testamentary be issued to Howard L.Cockins,the other Executor

I,ANNA M.OOCKINS,of the Borough of Ca.nonsburg,Wasllington coun-
~Y,Penssylvania.being of sound ana aispo~ing mind.memory and under-
standing,do make.pUblish and declare this to be my last will and tes-
tament,hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
I.I direct that all my just Qebts.funeral expenses and the ex-
:pense of settling my estate be paid out of my estate as soon after my
decease as may be practicable.
2.I give and bequeath unto my daughter Alice O.Inglis.of the
Oity of Columbus.state of Ohio,absolutely.the sum of Fifteen Thous-
and ($15.000)Dollars,in money or in securities to that value.as she
may elect.
