I,Henry Hoehl,Jr.,of the.Borough of Charleroi,ash-
ington Oounty,ennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind
and memory,hereby make,dec are and publish this to be my last
Will and TestameuJ,revoking any and all :ormer Wills by me here-
tofore made:
1st.I direct that I be buried in the place provided
for me in the Van Buren lot in llegheny Oemetery,Pittsburgh,
Pennsylvania.
2nd.I direct that my just debts and funeral expenses
be prooptly paid.
3rd.After the payment of my said debts,if any,and
funeral expenses,I give,devise and bequeath all of my property
and estate of whatsoever nature and heresoever situate,in equal
one-third (1/3)proportions,to my three 30ns,Sidney S.Hoehl
of Ooral Gables,lorida,Robert W.Hoeh of Oh.rleroi,ennsy va-
nia,and Henry .Hoeh of Ohar eroi,PenJsylvania,and to their
heirs and assigns forever.
4th.I hereby appoint my t~o s)ns,Robert J.Hoeh and
Henry •Roehl,Executors of this Will.If my said son,Sidney
S.Roehl,resides in the ComMonwealth of Pennsylvania at the time
of my 'ecease,iirect tbct he shall alsJ be an Executor.
5th.I hereby authorize my Executors to sell any or
all of my real estate if they shall deem it proper and expedient
in the administration 0 my estate.
6th.I direct that the indebtedness of my son,Sidne S.

two sons,if any,oWing to me at the time of my decease,shall
