I,MARY E.GILLILAND,of Hanover Township,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do hereby make,
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,in manner and form
following,hereby revoking and making void any and all wills by me at any time
heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all of my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid as soon as convenient after my decease.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath the sum of Five Hundred
($500.00)Dollars to the United Presbyterian Church of Frankfort.
THIRD:I give,devise and bequeath the sum of One Hundred
($100.00)Dollars to Gladys Pinder.
FOURTH:I give,devise and bequeath the house and land which
I own and which was purchased from Charles Ackman to my Son,James A.Gilliland,
to be his absolutely.
FIFTH:I give,devise and bequeath all the rest,residue
and remainder of my estate,real,personal or mixed,of whatsoever kind and
nature,and wheresoever situate to my Son,James A.Gilliland.
SIXTH:I do hereby nominate and appoint my Son,James A.
Gilliland,as Executor,of this,my Last Will and Testament,and to serve without
bond.
