Last Will and ~estament of Stella Charlton.

I,Stella Oharlton of West Alexander,Pennsylvania,
ieing of sound and disposing mind and memory,and desiring
to make sueh disposition of my worldly estate as I deem best,
do hereby make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will
and Testament,hereby revoking any and all fo~er Wills and
Codicils whatsoever by me made.
~IR8T;I direot that all my just debts and funeral expenses
be pard ,flS soon after my decease as oonveniently may be,and to
that end,charge my Whole estate,real and personal,with the s~e.
SECOND;I give,devise and bequeath to my daughter,Helen
MoIntire,of Wheeling,West Virginia,the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00)
!HIRD:I give,devise and bequeath to my s on,Benjamin
Franklin Charlton,all the rest,residue and remainder of mw estate,
real aDd personal,to be his absolute~y.•
I nominate and appoint my son,Benjamin Franklin Charlton to
ie the Exeoutor of this My Last Will'and Testament and request
that he be relieved of giving bond in the administration of said
estate.
