I,HERMAN L.HAINES,of North St~abane township,Washington
county,Pennsylvania,being of cound and disposing mind,memory
and understanding,do make,publish and declare this to be my
last will and testament,hereby revoking all former wills by me
made.
1st,I direct that all my just debts,funeral expenses and
expense of settling my estate be paid out of my estate by my
Executors hereinafter named as soon after my decease as may be
practicable.
2nd,I give and bequeath unto my adopted son,
George RJY Haines,the sum of one dollar.
3rd,All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
real,personal and mixed,I give,devise and bequeath unto
Helen Haines Winnet~e,her heirs,and assigns,absolutely.
Las~ly,I no~inate,constitute and appoint
Helen Haines Winnette and Cliffo~d L.Winnette,her husband,
jointly as Executors of this my will.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this
