I,MARIE GEZZER,a widow,of the Borough of Charleroi,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,
memory and understanding,do hereby make,publish and declare this
to be my Last Will and Testament,in the manner and form following,
hereby revoking and making void any and all other wills made by me
at any time heretofore.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses,including my gravemarker,shall be paid from my residuary
estate,as soon as practicable after my decease,as a part of the
expense of the administration of my estate.
SECOND:As I have made provisions for my nephews,GEORGE
GEZZER and DONALD OSBORNE,and for my ]'lieces~ROSEMARY GEZZER and
BARBARA OSBORNE,during my lifetime,I am making no ~urther
provisions for them in this,my Last Will and Testament.
THIRD:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
real,personal or mixed,of whatsoever nature or wheresoever situate
at the time of my death,I give,devise and bequeath to my beloved
nephew,WILLIAM GEZZER,provided,however,that if he does not
survive me for a period of sixty (60)days,I give,devise and
bequeath said residue to my sister-in-law,HELEN GEZZER,her heirs
and assigns,absolutely and forever.
FOURTH:I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my
beloved nephew,WILLIAM GEZZER,as Executor of this,my Last Will
and Testament,however,should he be unable or unwilling for any
reason to act as Executor,I nominate,constitute and appoint as
Contingent Executor,PATSY A.CARUSO,and I direct that they be
permitted to serve without bond.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal

was at the date thereof by the said MARIE GEZZER,signed,sealed,
and declared to be her Last Will and Testament in the presence of us,
