I,ELIZABETH JANE CLEMENS,of Claysville,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,do make,publish and declare this my
Last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me
at any time heretofore made.
1.I direct my just debts and funeral expenses be paid
out of my estate.
2.I give and devise to my husband,WILLIAM M.CLEMENS,
a life estate in all my property and direct th~the shall not
be required to give bond for any of my property that mIlY come
into hd.s hands under this my Will.
3..I authorize,empower and direct my Executrix herein-
after named to sell at public or private sale all my real
estate and to Execute and'de1iver a ,deed or deed$for the same
to the purchasers with the same force and effect as I myself
could do if living.
II,
4.I direct the proceeds of my real estate and my personal
property be divided among my seven children as follows:-
(a)Ida May Smith one-seventh.
(b)LuluH.Sanders one-seventh.
(c)Hester Renz one-seventh.
(d)Veturia Clemens one-seventh.
(e)Mary B~ll Allison one-seventh
(f)Maude J.Tilley one-seventh.
(g)William A•.Clemens one-seventh.
But if Lulu H.Sanders should die before I do then the one-
seventh bequeathed her shall be divided among my other six
Children.
5.I appoint my daughter,HESTER RENZ~Executrix of this
my last Will and Testament.~..
