W ILL
I,RICHARD H.GARNER,a resident of North Bethlehem
Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,declare this to be my
last will and hereby revoke any wills previously made by me.
FIRST:I direct that my personal representative pay all
of my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as practicable after
my death.
SECOND:I bequeath to my friend,William Lowe,of Mars,
Pennsylvania,my model railroad train known as the "Capital Limited."
THIRD:Should the said William Lowe predecease me,I
bequeath said model railroad train to my son,Paul H.Garner.
FOURTH:I hereby forgive the debt owed to me by my oldest
son,Melvin Garner,which said debt is in the amount of Eight Hundred
Sixty-Five ($865.00)Dollars.
FIFTH:All the rest and residue of my estate of every
nature and wherever situate,I devise and bequeath to my son,Paul
H.Garner.
SIXTH:I hereby nominate and appoint my son,Paul H.
Garner,as Executor of this my last will.
SEVENTH:I direct that my Executor shall not be required
to post bond for the faithful performance of his duties in this or
any other jurisdiction.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal

The preceding instrument consisting of this and one other
typewritten page was on the date thereof signed,published and
declared by Richard H.Garner,the testator therein named,as and
for his last will,in the presence of us,who,at his request,in
his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our
names as witnesses hereto.

I,RICHARD H.GARNER,Testator,whose name is signed to
the attached or foregoing instrument,having been duly qualified

the instrument as my Last Will;that I signed it willingly;and
that I signed it as my free and voluntary act for the purpose there-
in expressed.

say that we were present and saw testator sign and execute the
instrument as his Last Will;that Richard H.Garner signed willingly
and Richard H.Garner executed it as his free and voluntary act
for the purposes therein expressed;that each of us in the hearing
and sight of the testator signed the will as witnesses;and that to
the best of our knowledge the testator was at that time 18 or more
years of age,of sound mind and under no constraint or undue
influence.
