I,Sarah Margaret Brooks,a resident of
Canton Township,"ashington County,pennsylvania,being of sound
mind and memory,do make,publish and declare this my last will
and testament,hereby revoking any and all wills by me hereto-
fore made.
1.I direct that all my just debts and
funeral expenses be paid as soon after my decease as may be foun
convenient.
2.I give,devise and be~eath to Edward
Irwin Brooks,my son,all of my prpperty,real,personal or mixe ,
of whatever nature and wheresoever situate,which I may own or
have the right to dispose of at the time of my decease.
3.I hereby nominate and appoint my son,
Edward Irwin Brooks,his sucessors and assigns,as the executor
