FIRST.I direct that all expenses attributable to my last illness and funeral be fully paid and satisfied,as soon as conveniently may be,after my decease. SECOND.I direct that all my assets be converted to cash and that my Executor oversee a public sale of all my personal and household effects. THIRD.I give and bequeath my entire estate to the First National Bank and Trust Company,200 West Beau Street,Washington, Pennsylvania 15301 in trust for my beloved mother,MARTHA J. MARTIN,for her lifetime,provided that she survives me. FOURTH.Upon the death of my aforesaid mother,MARTHA J. MARTIN,said trust is to terminate and the balance of the principal is to be divided among my brOther,HOWARD B.MARTIN,my sister,IRENE TEAGARDEN,and my sister,LENA TEAGARDEN,into three (3)equal shares;provided that if my brother,or either of my sisters should predecease me but issue of such predeceased brother or sister shall survive me the share of my estate that would otherwise pass to such deceased brother or sister shall pass per stirpes and not per capita to the issue who survives me of the deceased brother or sister. FIFTH.If my mother,MARTHA J.MARTIN,should fail to surviv me,I give and bequeath my entire estate to my brother,HOWARD B. MARTIN,my sister,IRENE TEAGARDEN,and my sister,LENA TEAGARDEN, share and share alike free and clear of any trust;provided however that if my brother or either of my sisters should pre- decease me,but issue of such predeceased brother or sister shall survive me,the share of my estate that would otherwise pass to such deceased brother or sister shall pass per stirpes and not per capita to the issue who survives me of the deceased brother or sister.
