LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,J.H.CARY,of Washington,Pennsylvania,being in
soand mind,memory and intellect,do make,pUblish and declare
this as and tor my last Will and Testament~this 9th day of June,l 3~
FIRST:I direct all my jus't debts to be paid immediately
atter my decease,if practical.
SECOND:I devise and bequeath to my wife,LYDA BELL CARY,
imy entire estate with the exception of my large cloek,family
history and old Bible to 'be given to my sons,JOHN E.CARY and
J.FRANK CARY,as sne sees fit.
my hsmic ring to JOHN E.CARY.
THmD:My burial expenses are not to exceed $500.00 and
I would prefer to be bur'in tne Prosperity Cemetery by the side
o.r our deceased baby,if practical,and also wish a modest and
inexpensive monument,as it is my idea that my life is to be my
monument.
FOURTH:My meUeal library I bequeath to the Washington..
Hospital am this is to be handled by Dr.J.F.Donehoo,he to
have any or all vol~es during his life.
FIFTH:I appoint my wife,LYDA BELL CARY,my sole
executrix without bond or surety.
