I,Grendola Grose,of Washington,Washington County,Pa.,
being of sound and disposing mind and memory,do make,pUblish,
and declare this my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking
and making void all other Wills or Testaments heretofore by me
at any time made.
FIRST:I order and direct that my Executrix,hereinafter
named,pay all my debts and funeral expenses from my Estate as
soon after my decease as conveniently may be.
SECOND:I devise and bequeath all of my property,including
real and personal property to my beloved niece,Victoria H.
Anderson of 5617 Parkdale Terrace,Detroit,Michigan,and to
my beloved grandnephew,Joseph Weldon,presently living in New
York,equally share and share alike.
THIRD:I hereby nominate,constitute,and appoint my
aforesaid niece,Victoria H.Anderson,to serve as executrix in y
Estate to serve without bond.
FOURTH:I do hereby further direct that our Executrix retain
Jerome Hahn,Esquire,Washington,Pennsylvania,to act as counse
in the settlement of my Estate.
