I KATHERINE BRONDER,a widow,of the Borough of
Charleroi,County of Washington,and State of Pennsylvania,do
hereby make,pUblish and declare this my Last Will and Testament,
in the manner and form following:
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts,funeral
expenses and expenses incident to the administration of my estate
be paid as soon after my decease as conveniently can be done out
of the first monies available for that purpose.
SECOND:All of the rest,residue and remainder of
my estate,real,personal and mixed,wheresoever situate,of
which I may die seiz ed or poss essed or to which I may be entitled
at the time of my decease,I give,devise and bequeath unto my
son,PETER BRONDER,of Pittsburgh,Allegheny County,Pennsylvania,
and my daUghter,SISTER MARY AGATHONICA,formerly ~UffiY BRONDER,
of Philadelphia,Pennsylvania,share and share alike,that is to
