LAST WILL AND TEST AMENT.

I MATILDA BRUSA,Widow,of the Borough of Charleroi,
County of rfashington and State of PennsylV9.nia,do hereby make,
publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament in manner and
form following:
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts.funeral
expenses and expenses incident to the administration of my estate
be paid as soon after my decease as conveniently can be done out
of the first monies available for that pur~ose.
SECOND:I give an d bequeath unto my son,
LOUIS BRUSA,my gold chain.
THIRD:I give and bequeath unto my daughter,
1RS.LAURA MARCONI,if living,all of the balance of my jewelry;
if not living,then to her children.
FOURTH:All of the rest,re3idue and remainder of
my estate,real,personal and mixed,where30ever situate,of
which I may die seized or possessed.or to which I may be enti tIed
at the time of my decease,I give,devise and bequeath unto my
son,LOUIS BRUSA,and his wife,JEANE BRUSA or the survivor of
them,share and share alike.
FIFTH:I here by revoke and annul all former or
other Wills and testamentary dispositions by me at any time here-
tofore made.
LASTLY:I nominate,constit~te and appoint my son,
LOUIS BRUSA.Executor under this my Last Will and Testament,and
direct that he shall not be required to give bond for the faith-
ful performance of his duties.
