KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,That I,JENNIE
HOUGLAND,of the City of Washington,Washington County,Pennsyl-
vania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do make
and publish this my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking
and making void all former Wills by me at any time heretofore
made,
ITEM I.I give,devise and bequeath one-third of al
monies loaned by me as represented by securities which I now
hold,either as judgments or mortgages,to MABEL HOUGLAND STRO~
TER,my daughter,of Cleveland,Ohio,to be hers absolutely.
ITEM II.I give,devise and bequeath to ETHEL HOUG-
LAND,my daughter,of Washington,Penn'a.,one-third of all ~onie.
loaned by me as represented by securities which I now hold,eitheI
as judgments or mortgages,to be hers absolutely.
ITEM III.I give,devise and bequeath to JOHN HJUG-
LAND,my son,of Dormont,Pennl a.,one-third of all monies loaned
by me as represented by securities which I now hold,either as
judgments or mortgages,to be his absolutely.
ITEM IV.I give,devise and bequeath my Building and
Loan stock to my daughter,ETHER HOUGLAND:and lCATHERINE JANE
SfROETER,my grand-daughter,to be divided between them share
End share alike.
ITEM V.I give,devise and bequeath my home proper-
ty in which I live,located on D~an Avenue,City of Washington,
Penn'a.,to my three children,their heirs and assigns forever,
as follows:an undivided one-half Ct)to ~y daughter,ETHEL,an
undivided one-half (t)to my daughter,MABEL,and my son,JOHN,
s~bject however,to the use of said home ~roperty by my husband
ULLtil the death of my daughter,ETHEL.If however,he remarries
before that time his use of said property shall end;with the

understanding that said home property shall be open to the use
of my daughter,ETHEL,and that my husband shall keep the sc.id
home property in repair and pay the taxes thereon so long as he
uses the same in accordance with the provisions above.
ITEM VI.I direct that it is my will and desire
that in case any of my devisees or legatees shall question this
my Will,or contest the same in any way,said party or parties
so questioning or contesting shall not take any devise or be-
quest under my Will.It being my desire that in such case it
shall be as though I had written in this Will that said individ-
ual does not receive any portion of my estate.
ITEM VII.I hereby appoint my daughter,ETHEL
HOUGLAND and RUFUS S.MARRINER,of Washington,PennI a.,as Execu
tors of my estate.
ALL the rest and residue of ~y estate I give,devise
and bequeath to my daughter,ETHEL HOUGLAND,to be hers abso-
lutely.
IN WI1NEss WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand
and seal this 13th day of April,1936.

in the presence of us,who in her presence and in the presence
