LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,ELIZA O.HART,of the Borough of East Washington,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,do make and publish the follow-
ing as and for my Last Will and Testament,hereby.revoking all
former ills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST.I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses stall be paid by my Executors,hereinafter named.
EECOND.To my nephews,James W.P.Hart,of Greenville,
Pennsylvania,G.Edward Hart,of Connellsville,Pennsylvania,
Robert B.Hart and alter S.Hart,both of New Castle,Pennsyl-
vania,I give and bequeath the Mortgage which I hold of Clyde E.
Tibbens amounting to $4,000.00,share and share alike.
THIRD.All the rest and residue of my estate,real,
personal and mixed,I give,devise and bequeath unto Margaret
Hart and Jane ~.Hart,daughters of my nephe ,John C.Hart,a
son of my deceased brother,Oliver L.Hart,in trust,neverthe-
less,to invest and keep the same invested in such securities as
are authorized by law for trust funds in Pennsylvania,and with
the consent of the beneficiaries to invest in such other
securities as they may deem proper,and to pay over the net income
from time to time unto my said nephe -,John C.Hart,for and dur-
ing the full term of his n tural life,free and clear of all his
debts,contracts,engagements,assignments,alienations nd
anticipations,and free and clear of all levies,atta'hments,
executions and sequestrations,and at the death of my said nephew,
John C.Hart,it is my will and I hereby direct that the amount
so held in trust for him shall then be divided equally between
Margaret M.Hart and Jane W.Hart,daughters of my said nephew,
John C.Hart.
AND LASTLY,I do hereby nominate,constitute and appoint
Margaret M.Hart and Jane W.Hart Executors of this my Last Will
and Testament.
IN ITNESS ~EREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and
seal this sixteenth day of February,A.D.1938.
Signed,sealed,published and declared by the above
named Testatrix as and for her Last Will and Testament,in the
presence of us,who,at her request and in her presence and in
the presence of each other,have hereunto subscribed our names
s witnesses thereto.
