I,JOHN A.BURR,of South Strabane Township,Washington i
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,memor~
and understanding,do hereby make,publish and declare this as
and for my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making
void all other wills,codicils or testamentary writings by me
at any time heretofore made.
First:-I direct my Executr1x,hereinafter named,
to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as conven-
iently may be done after my decease.
Second:-I give,devise and bequeath to my wife,
Lulu Burr,all my property,real,personal and mixed,of whatso-
ever kind and wheresoever the same may be situate.
Third:-I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint
my wife,Lulu Burr,to be the Executrix of this,my Last Will
and Testament,and I designate C.L.V.Acheson to act as her
attorney in the settlement of my said estate.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,John A.Burr,the Testator,
have to this,my Last Will and Testament,set my hand and seal,
this 15th day of September,1932.
