lAST WILL .AND TESTJillENT
I,S.M.HERRON,of Canonsburg,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,hereby revoking all other Wills by me at any
time heretofore made,do make this my Last Will and Testament
as follows:
FffiST.I direct my Executr'ix hereinafter named,to
pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as con-
veniently may be after my decease.
SECOND.I give,devise and bequeath all of my
estate,real,personal or mixed to my beloved wife Mamie B.
Herron,who is also to be my residuarr devisee and legatee.
LASTLY,I hereby appoint my beloved wife,Mamie B.
Herron,to be the Executrix of this my Last fill and Testa-
ment.
IN WITNESS \~OF,I have hereunto set my hand
and seal this 24th day of October,1933.
