Testament her~by revoking all former Wills by me at any time
heretofore made.
(1)I direct.'T1J.y just debts and.funeral expenses to be
paid out of my Estate by my Executors hereinafter named.
(2)I give and bequeath to my w~fe,Nettie A.Clut~er,
all my hous~hold goods,furniture,beds,bedding~and kitchen
.utensils to be hers absolutely.The piano alieady belongs
to my wife.
(3)I give and bequeath to my son Walter D.Cluster~
my Buick Automobile~
(4)I give and bequeath to my son,Harry T.Clutter,
"0 my Hami 1 ton watch and gold watch chain.
(5)I give,devise and bequeath to my three sons,Arthur
G.Clutter,Harry T.Clutter and Walter.D.Clutter,my oil
and gas interests in and under.the lands sol~by me to Lafe
and Grace 'Woods situated in East Finley Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,each to have the undivided one-third
(1/3)thereof.
l6)I give,devise and bequeath to my wife,Nettie A.
Clutter,the undivided one~third (1/3)of the rest,residue
and remainder of my Estate to be hera absolutely.
(7)I give,devise and bequea~h the rest,residue and
remainder of my Estate to my three sons,Arthur G.Clutter of
Pittsburgh,pennsylvania,Harry T.Clutter of Pittsburgh,
Pennsylvania,and Walter D.Clutter of East Finley Township,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,each to have the one-third
