First.I direct my Executrix,hereinafter named,to pay all of my just debts,funeral,burial and administrative expenses as soon as may be convenient after my death. Second.I give,devise,and bequeath all of my furni- ture,personal belongings and household contents,in equal shares unto my two children,Ra~F.Gallo of Bentleyville,Pennsylvania and Helen (Gallo)Brandt of Bentleyville,Pennsylvania.They may select and divide these items of personal property in such manner as they may agree upon and any items not so selected by them,or in the even they fail to agree upon such selection,my Executrix may sell such property and disburse any net proceeds received therefrom under the residuary clause of this Will. Third.I devise and bequeath my home and real property in the Borough of Bentleyville,Washington County,Pennsylvania, or the proceeds of the sale thereof unto my daughter,Helen (Gallo)Brandt per stirpes. Fourth.All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,whether real or personal,I give,devise and bequeath unto my two children,Ralph F.Gallo and Helen (Gallo)Brandt,in equal shares per stirpes. Fifth.I appoint my daughter,Helen (Gallo)Brandt, Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.In case of her inability or unwillingness to act or to continue as my Executrix, I appoint my son,Ralph F.Gallo,Executor.I give to my said Executrix or Executor,in addition to the authority conferred by law,the power to sell any or all of my property,real or personal, at public or private sale,at such time and for such price and upon such terms and conditions as she or he see fit,or in her or his discretion to retain the same for distribution in kind,and the power,but not the duty,to invest any cash without being limited to ''legal''investments.No bond shall be required of any fiduciary hereunder in any jurisdiction.
