Item 1.I direct my Executor,hereinafter named,to pay out of the first funds which may come into its hands all my just debts and funeral expenses. Item 2.I give and bequeath to Caroline Dewar,my house keeper,the sum of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00);also the furni- ture and dishes which she now has in her possession on her side of the house,except the electric washer and wringer and iron bed, provided,however,that she remains my housekeeper until my death. Item 3.I give and bequeath to Orvil King the sum of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00). Item 4~I give and bequeath to the Mingo Cemete~y Association the sum of Fifty Dollars ($50.00). Item 5.I give,devise and bequeath unto my Executor, hereinafter named,all the rest,residue and remainder of my estate, real,personal and mixed,of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate in trust,for the uses,persons and purposes,and with the following powers,to-wit: All my real estate and personal property·not herein specifically bequeathed shall be sold by my Executor,hereinafter named,and .the proceeds thereof,after paying the bequests above, -'made,shall be divided equally among my sisters,Mary J.Curry and Lydia B.Gamble,and my-brother,Frank M.Curry,all of Gastonville, Pennsylvania,and my nephew,Charles Walter.Curry,of Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania,each the undivided one-fourth thereof. In the event of the death of anyone,or more,of the four persons named in the last preceding paragraph before my death, the share of the persons so dying before my death shall go to such survivors of the four persons named as shall be living at my decease In case all of the four persons above named,who are to receive the residue of my estate,should die before my death,the proceeds of the sale of real estate shall go 'and be paid to the American Unitarian Association of Boston,Massachusetts,and the bal ce of my estate shall go and be paid to the Mingo Cemetery Association,whose addre~s is Finleyville,Pennsylvania,R.D. Item 6.I nominate,constitute and appoint the Wash- ington Union Trust Company,of Washington,Pennsylvania,to be the Executor of this,my last will and testament,arid I direct that all my estate,except the items of personal property which are herein specifically bequeathed,shall be converted into money,and the proceeds thereof distributed as set out in the preceding paragraphs of this will,and for that purpose I empower and direct my said Executor to make sale of all my said real estate,at public or private sale,as in its judgment may be most .advisable,and do hereby grant to said Executor full power and authority to sell and convey each and every parcel of real estate which shall be owned by me at the time of my decease,at and for such prices as it shall deem proper and advisable,and without responsibility on the part of the purchaser or purchasers thereof to see to the application or distribution of the purchase money.In making sale of my real estate and personal property,my said Executcr shall have authority to grant or give liberal discounts to the purchasers if they make cash payments.
