mind,memory and understanding,do make and publish this my Last Will and
Testament,hereby revoking and making void all former Wills by me at any
time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my funeral expenses and costs of administration
be paid as soon as convenient after my decease.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequesth all of my said estate,real,
personal,or mixed,vested or contingent,wheresoever situate,unto my two
children,SHIRLEY GRENADIER,and MORRIS SAMUELS.
THIRD:I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint,my daughter,
SHIRLEY GRENADIER,as Executrix,and my son MORRIS SAMUELS as
Executor of this my Last Will and Testament,to serve without bond.
