1.I'direct ~just debts and funeral expenses to be paid
out of ~estate.
~2.I desire that ~property remain as it is now during the
life of ~wife,C ·LIA A.BROWN,she to have the rents,income and
profits from the same during her natural life.
3.I give and devise ~home property in Avella,Independence
ownship,Washington County,Pennsylvania,to Sara ae B~own and
Dorot~Ray Brown,each the one-half (~)the eof subject to the
life Estate of ~wife.
4.I give and bequeath the following stock in the Avella
Lumber and 'upply ompany to be divided after the death of my wife
as folIo s:--Sara ae Brown,daughter,five (5)shares;Dorotqy
ay Brown,grand-daughter,five (5)shares;Jessie Brown,daughter,
five (5)shares;obert Vance,grand-son,two and one-half (2t)
shares and Kathleen Vance two and one-half (2!)shares.
5.I direct that afteT the death of ~wife the Apartment
prope ty owned by me in Avella be sold by my Executor at Public or
P ivate sale at such time and such price as in his discretion seems
for my Estate with authority to make,execute and deliver a

if living.
6.I give and bequeath the proceeds of the sale of said
