being of sound mind.memory and understanding,do make andpublish this my
.last Will and Testament,hereby revok~ng and makinl!void allj'ormer Wills by
me at any time heretofore made.
1.I dir8ct that all my just delt,s and funeral expenses
be first paid from whatever funds may be available,as soon as
possible.
2.To my wife,Olive C.Crow,I leave a lira interest in
the home.property consisting of house and two acres or ,,;round,she
to have same to reside there and at ,ft,death the said house and
two acr s go to my SOD,John William Crow.I direct that thore
shall be no mortcages or other leins placed a~ainst the said
property as long as my wire shall live.
3.To my wire~Oliv C.Crow and son,John William Cr8W~1
I give all the proceeds in a eertain ~s lease on my property,
they to share and share alike in said lease.
4.To my son,Harry Alton Crow,my daughter,Bertha
Muriel Pierce and my daughter,4uth Esther Hixenbaugh,I giv
all the right,title and interest in Six Acres of Freeport vein
or coal underlying my property aDd that rarmerly sold to my son
John William Crow and daught er,Ruth Esther Hixenbaugh,they to
share and share alike.
5.I further direct that tb is arrangement be carried out
as I wish and should any interested heir attempt to break fuis
wi 11 or cause any tro uble regarding the execution of saWe,thlf are
to be deprived of any interest in my ntire estate same that they
shall be given the sum or ODe Dollar.
6.All the residue of my estate,both personal and real,
I leave to my wife and son,John William Crow,they to share and
sh are alike.
