LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
ALBERT LEO GRAY also known as ALBERT LEO BYRNES

I,ALBERT LEO GRAY,also known as ALBERT LEO BYRNES,of the
Township of Collier,County of Allegheny and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,
being of sound mind and memory,do make,publish and declare this my Last
Will and Testament,hereby revoking and declaring null and void any and
all Wills and Codicils by me at any time heretofore made:
FIRST:I direct that my Executrix hereinafter named pay
all my legal obligations and funeral expenses as soon as may be convenient
after my decease.
SECOND:I giveJ devise and bequeath all my property,
both real and personal of whatsoever nature and kind and wheresoever situate,
to my beloved wife,GERTRUDE R.GRAY,also known as GERTRUDE R.BYRNES,
absolutely and forever.
THIRD:In the event my Wife,GERTRUDE R.GRAY,also
known as GERTRUDE R.BYRNES,predeceases me,dies in a common disaster with
me I give,devise and bequeath all of my said property to my beloved
daughters,JOYCE MARIE STAGE and BARBARA ANN PARASKA,share and share alike.
FOURTH:I nominate,constitute and appoint my beloved
wife,GERTRUDE R.GRAY,also known as GERTRUDE R.BYRNES to be the Executrix
of this my Last Will and Testament and I direct that no bond or other
security be required of her for the faithful performance of her duties.In
the event that my beloved Wife,GERTRUDE R.GRAY,also lmown as GERTRUDE R.
BYRNES,is by reason of death or incapacity,unable to act as Executrix,
I nominate and appoint my beloved daughters JOYCE MARIE STAGE and BARBARA
ANN PARASKA,of the City of Washington,County of Washington,and state of
day of
