I,JOHN TI{OMAS GALLATIN,of the City of Grosse Pointe Farms,County
of Hayne,State of Hichic;an,beine;of sound mind and disposinG memory,do here-
by make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and.Testament,hereby
revoking all former Wills and Codicils,if any by me at any time heretofore
made.
FIRST:I hereby direct that all 01'my just debts,inclu-
ding the expenses of my last illness,my funeral expenses and the expenses of
the afuninistration of my estate be paid out of the corpus of my estate as soon
after my decease as is practIcable.
SECOND:All Federal and State iWleritD.ncc,succession and
estate transfer taxes shall be paid from my estate the saIne as adr.linistration
expenses,and~not chareed against any beneficiaries,devisees or legatees.
THruD:All the rest,residue and remcir:dcr of my property,
of whatsoever nature and kind and wheresoever'situate and whenever by me acquired,
which I mny own at the time of my death and which I may have the pm.,rer to dis-
pose of by this,my Last Will and Testrunent,I give,devise and bequeath unto
IT\I"beloved wife,ALICE H.GALLATIH,if she shall survive me.
Should my wife,ALICE H.GALLATIN,predecease me,
I give,devise and bequeath all such property ~o TI1Y children,or their issue,
share and share alike,said latter to take by ric;h~of representation.
FOUrtTH:In the event Guardianship shall become necessary
lor any of my ninor Children,I express the desire tha~my wife,ALICE H.
GALLATlfi,if living,shall be appointed as Guardian.Should my said Wife,
ALICE H.GALLATIN,predecease me or not qualify as Guardian,I eX?ress the
desire that PAUL C.ACKErli/J\.N be named Guardian of any minor children.
