IT WILL,
I,Samuel L.Haney,of South Strabane Township,Washington County,
and State of pennsylvania,do make,pUblish and decla~e this for
my last will and testament:hereby revoking all forme~wills by me
at any time heretofore made.
First.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses
be fully paid as soon as convenient after my decease.
Second.I give and devise and bequeath to my wife,Emma L.
Haney,the house and lots numbered 27 and 28 in the Streator Place
Plan of Lots in South Strabane Township,Washington County,Penn-
sylvania,and all the household goods in said house,absolutely.
Third.As to all the rest,residue and remainder of my prop-
erty,real,personal and mixed of which I may die seized and posses-
sed,I hereby direct,authorize and empower the executors of this
my will,as they deem best:to grant,bargain,sell and convey the
same and to convert this remainder,not heretofore given or devise~,
in to money,and said executors to sell and convey at public or
at private sale and to execute and deliver to the purchaser or pur-
chasers,a deed or deeds or other writing for the same as I could
do when living.
Fourth.As to the money realized and received from this re-
maining part of my estate and such sales,I hereby give and bequeath
to be divided into four equal parts,one part to my wife,Emma L.
Haney;one part to my son,Frank E.Haney;one part to my son,
Gleason M.Haney;and one part to my son,S.Reed Haney,to these
four share and share alike.
/I Lastly.I nominate,constitute and appoint my wife,Emma L.
Haney,and my son,S.Reed Haney,executors of this my last will
and testament.
