this day rendered to this court his first and final account in
said matter and filed therewith his r.etition praying that the
resi~ue of said estate be assigned to the persons entitled thereto;
and all of the persons in interest in said matter having in wrIting
duly consented to the allowance of said account and waived notice of
hear~ng thereon;upon examination:
IT IS ORDERED that said account be and the same is hereby
allowed as therein stated.
It further appearing to the court that said deceased dIed
on the tventy-third day of October,A.D.1946;and that the charges
against said estate have been paid in full and said estate fully
administered:
IT IS FURTHER ORDE ED that the res "due of said estate be
and the same is hereby assigned to John T.Gallatin,husband of said
deceased,a one-half (1/2)part thereof and tQ Elizabeth Gribble
Chandler and Eleanor V.C.r1bble,sisters of s~ld deceased.each a
one-fourth (1~)part thereof,said persons be1ng the only heirs ~~
law of said deceased.
