The undersigned,Paul C.McKnight and W.Kenneth
McKnight,executors named in the last will and testament
of Amanda S.cook,late of McDonald,ashington County,
:Pennsylvania,deceased,dated October 2nd,1931,do b;ereby
declare that they do not care to serve in the capacity
of executors under the said will and that they therefore
respectfully ask that letters test&nentary be issued to
The Fidelity Trust Company of Pittsburgh,Pennsylvania,
the alternate executor in said will named.

LAST WILL .AND TESTAMENT
I,Amanda S.Cook,of McDonald,County of Wash:ingtOIr,and State of
Pennsylvania,being of full age,sound mind and disposing memory,do hereby make,publish
and declare this to be my last Will and Testament,he~eby revoking all former Wills by me
at any time made.
Article First:-I hereby direct that all my just debts,including the
expense of my last sickness,my funeral expenses,the erection of a suitable marker on my
grave,(if the same has not been previously provided for),and the expenses of the adminis-
tration of my estate,be paid by my Executors as soon after my decease as is practicable.
Article Second:-All of my household furniture,furnishings,ornaments,
_~Qoks,pictures,personal wearing apparel,jewelry,ornaments,will be given to the persons
mentioned on the memorandum attached to this Will.Any articles not mentioned will be divided
up among the persons hereinafter mentioned as my heirs.
Article Third:-All the residue of my estate,real,personal,and mixed,
of whatsoever kind,nature or description,wheresoever situated,will be divided into fQ~
equal parts,and distributed as follows:-One part each to my three sisters,Mrs.Mar~ret
Thomas,of Florida,lKrs.Uenia S.Porter,of McDonald,Pa.,and Mrs.Sadie E.McKnight,of
Pittsburgh,Pa.,and one part to be divided equally among the three grandchildren of
Mr.Samuel H.Cook,namel,Y,Mrs.Mary Shaffer Kerr,Samuel C.McClay and David McClay.If
Mrs.Margaret Thomas and/o~'Wxs.Uenia S.Porter predecease me,then their respective shares
will be divided equally among my sisters then living.If any of my estate consists of any-
thing left tome by Imrs.Uenia S.Porter,then that portion vall be divided equally between
my then living sisters herein mentioned.The share of Mrs.Sadie E.McKnight will either be
paid to her if living or to her he1~s.
Article Fourth:-In any case in Which my Executors are required,pursuant
to the provisions of this Will,to divide the principal and distribute the same,they are
authorized and empowered in their discretion,to make such divisions or dist~ibution in kind
or partly in kind and partly in money,and for the purpose of such allotments,the judgment
of my Executors concerning the propriety thereof,and the relative value thereof,for the
purpose of division and distribution shall be binding and conclusive upon all parties inter-
ested therein.
Article Fifth:- I hereby nominate and appoint Paul C.McKnigp.t and
W.Kenneth McKnight,of Pittsburgh,Pa.,as Executors of this,my Last Will and Testament;
or if they cannot or do not care to serve in this capacity,I hereby nomiD4te and appoint
The Fidelity Trust Company,of Pittsburgh,to serve instead of either or both of them.
