Sworn and Subscribed Before Me
I,JOSEPHINE GRECO,a widow,of the Borough of Charleroi,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,
memory and understanding,do hereby make,publish and declare this
to be my Last Will and Testament,in the manner and form following,
hereby revoking and making void any and all other wills made by me
at any time heretofore.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses shall be paid from my residuary estate,as soon as practic-
able after my decease,as a part of the expense of the administratio
of my estate.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
real,personal or mixed,of whatsoever nature or wheresoever situate
at the time of my death,I give,devise and bequeath to my beloved
niece,VALERIA WONCHECK,provided,however,that if she does not
survive me for a period of sixty (60)days,I give,devise and
bequeath said residue to my beloved nephew,SAMUEL WONCHECK,his
heirs and assign~absolutely and forever.
THIRD:I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my niece,
VALERIA WONCHECK,as Executrix,of this,my Last Will and Testament,
however shoulq she be unable or unwilling for any reason to act as
Executrix,I nominate,constitute and appoint as Contingent-Executor,
my nephew,SAMUEL WONCHECK,and I direct that they be permitted to
serve without bond.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal
day of April,1976.
The foregoing instrument,consisting of two pages,including
this page,each page being typewritten only on one side,was at the
date thereof by said JOSEPHINE GRECO,signed,sealed and declared
to be her Last Will and Testament in the presence of us,who,at her
request,in her presence,and in the presence of each other,have
subscribed our names as attesting witnesses thereto.
