I,PAULINE H.CUNDALL,of the City of Washington,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,do
hereby make,publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testa-
ment,in manner and form following,hereby revoking and making void
any and all Will or Wills heretofore made by me.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be fully paid and satisfied,as soon as conveniently may be
after my decease.
SECOND:I hereby give,devise and bequeath unto
T.WADE SMITH,of the City of Washington,Washington County,Penn-
sylvania,all my property,real,personal and mixed,of Whatever na-
ture and kind,and wheresoever the same may be at the time of my death;
provided however,that the said T.Wade Smith sutvives me,but in the
event that the said T.Wade Smith does not survive me,then I give
and bequeath all my property,real,personal and mixed,to my sister,
Martha P~Parry.
THIRD:I hereby make,constitute and appoint the said
T~Wade Smith,to be the executor of this my Last Will and Testament,
without bond.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,Pauline H~Cundall,the testa-
