William J Estep of Gastonville Pa to be the E~ecutors of this my last
Will and Testament.

When I die it is my will that Jennie Estep shall keep every thing
belonging to me that is in her house.Furniture cloths or money
every thing I give to her to do what she will with.In case I
have to change my residance it is my will that those I have been
living with before death shall have what I have willed to Jennie.
I also request my executors to have grave stones put to Ephriams"
grave and mine said grave stones to coriepond with thoee that
that are now there.~
Also I ask my axe-eutors to obtain permi.sion from the manigera of
the Cemitery to bury Milton Marquis and his wife in my lot,
if the ftiends of Milton or hie wife wish to put grave stones to
mark there graves sad stones must corisponf with thoss that are
now there.

Know all men by these Presents that I Harriet N Estep of Union
Township Washington County and state of Pennsylvania being of sound
mind and memory do make this my last Will and Test~ent hereby re-
voking and annuling all former Wills by me at at any time made as
follows
Item 1st I hereby direct my Executors hereinafter named to pay
all my just Debts and Funeral Expenses as soon as convenient after
my Decease.
Item 2nd I hereby direct my Executors within a reasonable time
after my Decease to sell the Farm on which I now reside situate in
Union Township Washington County and State of Pennsylvania togather
wi th my personal property at Public Sale but I hereby direct that any
of my Nephews or Neic6s should they so desire to take any article of
personal Property at the appraised value thereof.
Item 3d I hereby direct that the proceeds of sale of said Real
and Personal Property after the Payment of my just Debts and Expenses
of settlemt shall togather with Certain Moneys now Deposited ,nth
Alexander and 00.Bankers of Monongahela Pa be paid by my Executors
to the Trustees of Peters Creek Baptist Ohurch and by them ad4ed to
the Church contributions to Home and Foreign Missions share and share
alike.
Item 4 I hereby direct my Executors to distribute the money
which I received from the Estate of my Brother Robert J.now Depos-
ited in the Dollar Savings Bank and the Peoples Bank of Pittsburg
as follows the whole ~ount to be divided into three equal shares
one of which ahal be divided equally between the Widow and Children
of my Brother Joseph one between the Children of my Brother William
and the other between the Children of my Brother David P.but in ca~
of the Death of any Male Heir to the above distribution his share is
to be paid to his Widow.
Lastly I hereby appoint Frank A Estep of Pittsburg Pa and
