LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,HARRY GERHOLD of Peters Township,Washington County,
Pennsylvania being of sound and disposing mind and memory,do
hereby make,publish,and declare this my last will and testament,
hereby revoking all prior wills or codicils by me made.
FIRST:I direct my executor hereinafter named,to .ay
all of mv just debts,claims,and funeral expenses as soon after
my dep.th as may be c~nvenient.
SECOND:I give and bequeath to my son,Merle K.Gerhold
the sum of Five Thousand ($5,000.00)Dollars in cash.This beques
is made for the ~urpose of equalizing the value of any transfers
made to my sons during my lifetime.
THIRD:All the rest and residue and remainder of my
property wheresoever situate and whenever aC1uired by me,I hereby
give,devise,and bequeath to my two sons,Raymond H.Gerhold and
Merle K.Gerhold,in equal shares,share and share alike.
FOURTH:I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint as ex cu-
tors of this,my last ~ill and testament,Raymond H.Gerrold and
Merle K.Gerhold.
