LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,MARTHA H.GRAY,of North Franklin Township,Washing-
ton County,Pennsylvania,do make,publish and declare this to be
my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking any and all wills
heretofore made by me.
FIRST:I direct the payment of all my just debts,in-
eluding my funeral bill.
SECOND:The balance of my estate,real,personal and
mixed,J give,devise and bequeath unto my husband,FRANK R.GRAY
his heirs and assigns forever,and I appoint him as Executor of
this will.
THIRD:In the event that my said husband predeceases
me I give,devise and bequeath my entire estate,real,personal
and mixed,in equal shares to my three children,viz:Belen G.
Phillips,Virginia G.Sibert and Lloyd R.Gray,their heirs and
assigns forever,and I appoint Lloyd R.Gray as Executor of this
will.
IN WIT}ffiSS WHE~EOF,I have hereunto set my hand and
