I,Edward A.Oonroy,of Washington,county of Washington and
"state of Pennsylvania,being of sound memory and understanding,do make
and publish this my last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making
void all former wills~by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:It is my request that all my just debts a~d funeral expenses be
paid by my Executor hereinafter named as soon after my deee-ase as possi-
ble.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath to my daugh'er,Fannie,wife of a.
H.Beck,my Emer~()n Piano.
THIRD:-I give,devise and bequeath to my wife,Sarah J.conroy,all of
my household goods,Wherever found,except the item "Second"above men-
tioned.to her abSOlutely.
FOURTH:-As to the real estate,the house and lot where I live,No.287
Fayette street,washington,Washington County,Pennsylvania,I give,de-
vise and beq~eath as follows:-That my wife,Sarah J.conroy,shall llave
