KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,that I,Margaret E.Hanlin,
of Florence,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound
and disposing mind,memory and understanding,do make,p~blish
and declare this my last Will an3 Testament,hereby revoking
and making void all former Wills by me at any time heretofore
made,in manner following,to-wit:-

FIRST:-It is my Will and I hereby direct my Executor,herein-
after named,to pay all of my just debts and funeral expenses
out of my estate as soon as conveniently may be done after my
decease.
SECOND:- I give,devise and bequeath my home property tc my
three children,Charles Hanlin of Canonsburg,Pa.,Mrs.Lizzie
Littlecot of Toronto,Ohio and Mary Hanlin of Florence,Fa.,
share and share alike,excepting that my daughter Mary shall
have the use of the two rooms west,during her life-time or
so long as she so desires them.
THIRD:-I direct that my property,known as the Post-Office
Property shall be sold and the proceeds therefrom shall be
divided equally between my throochildren,above named,share
and share alike.
FOURTH:-I give,devise and bequeath unto my daughter Mary,
my piano and gas range.
FIFTH:-All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,real,
personal and mixed of whatsoever kind or nature,and wheresoever
situated at the time of my decease,I give,devise and bequeath
unto my children,share and share alike.
AND LASTLY,I do hereby nominate,constitute and appoint,
James R.Bell of Florence,Pa.,to be the Executor of this my
last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal this
Thirteenth day of July,A.D.1939.
